Questions drivers ask
What kind of CDL jobs come through Riggo?
Whatever the carriers and recruiters on Riggo are hiring for — OTR, regional, local, dedicated, dry van, reefer, flatbed and more. You tell Riggo the freight, home time, pay and miles you want, and you only see offers that match how you run.
Which CDL jobs pay the most?
Pay depends on the freight, the lane and your experience — specialized and hazmat work usually pays more than standard dry van, and so does anything with less home time. Riggo doesn't publish averages it can't stand behind: you see the actual pay written into the offers sent to you, so you can compare real numbers side by side.
Can I get a CDL job with no experience?
Some carriers hire new CDL-A graduates and train, others require a year or more. Set your experience honestly in your Riggo profile so the offers you receive are ones you actually qualify for.
Do I need to be verified to get offers?
You can build your profile right away. To accept an offer you'll need a verified CDL-A and a current medical card — you upload photos from your phone and Riggo reviews them.
Will my current employer see that I'm looking?
You control your visibility. Set your status to Not looking and you're hidden; recruiters only reach you when you allow contact, and you can pass on anything.
Is Riggo really free for drivers?
Yes. Drivers don't pay for Riggo — the job offers, the map, the hours clocks and Riggo Mechanic are all free.
