Terms of Service
Effective September 12, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Riggo ("Riggo", "we", "us") when you create an account or use the Riggo app or website. Please read them — creating an account means you accept them. Version 2026-09-12.
1. What Riggo is
Riggo is a free app built for United States truck drivers. It helps you with four things:
- Finding what you need on the road — truck stops, fuel, parking, repair and tire shops, towing, scales, hotels, food and more on a map.
- Hours of service help — you enter what your ELD shows and Riggo helps you think through your drive, break, shift and cycle time.
- Riggo Mechanic — a guided helper that asks about a truck or trailer problem and points you toward likely causes and nearby help.
- Hiring — you tell Riggo what kind of work you want, and Riggo shares that with trucking companies and recruiters so they can send you offers in your Riggo inbox.
2. Who can use Riggo
You must be at least 18 years old to have an account. The driver experience is built for holders of a US commercial driver's license. You agree the information you give us is truthful and yours, and that you will keep your account credentials to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
3. What Riggo is not
- Riggo is not your employer, a motor carrier, a freight broker or a dispatch service. We do not hire drivers and we do not assign loads.
- Riggo is not an ELD, an ELD replacement, or a record of duty status. Anything Riggo shows about your hours is an estimate based only on the numbers you type in. Your ELD, your carrier's policies and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations govern your hours — always.
- Riggo Mechanic is guidance, not a repair order or a diagnosis by a certified technician. Do not use it in place of a qualified mechanic or a proper inspection.
- Riggo does not give legal, tax, medical or safety advice.
You are always the driver. You alone decide whether it is safe and legal to drive, park, couple, tow or continue.
4. How job offers work
When you fill in your driver details and turn on being contactable, Riggo shares those details with trucking companies and recruiters in the Riggo network so they can decide whether to send you an offer. Offers arrive in your Riggo inbox and you may reply, ask questions, or decline.
- Hiring decisions, pay, miles, hometime and everything else in an offer belong to the carrier — not to Riggo.
- Riggo does not promise you a job, a certain pay rate, a number of offers, or that any listing is accurate or still open.
- Company information may come from public federal records (FMCSA) or from the company itself and can be out of date.
- You may stop appearing to recruiters at any time in your Riggo settings, or ask us to remove your details at riggo@rig-go.com.
5. Communication you agree to
By creating an account you agree Riggo may contact you with in-app messages, push notifications, email, phone calls and text messages about your account, offers, alerts you asked for, and Riggo news. You also agree carriers and recruiters matched to you may contact you the same ways using the contact details you provide.
Message and data rates may apply. Text frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or change your notification settings in the app. Account and security messages may still be sent.
6. Your documents
If you choose to verify that you are a driver, you upload photos of your CDL-A (front and back) and your medical examiner's certificate. We use them only to confirm you are a real CDL-A driver with a current medical card, and to fill in details you can correct. They are stored privately and are not shown to carriers or recruiters. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep them and how to have them deleted.
7. Fair use and content
When you post a report, review, photo or message on Riggo, you agree not to:
- Post anything false, misleading, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene or illegal.
- Impersonate another driver, company or Riggo.
- Scrape, resell, or bulk-copy Riggo data, or use bots to access the service.
- Interfere with the service, try to break its security, or get around limits.
- Post another person's private information.
You keep ownership of what you post, and you give Riggo permission to show, store and share it inside the service. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Third-party data and links
Riggo uses outside sources including Google Maps and Places, the FMCSA's public carrier data, and public weather alerts. Those sources have their own terms, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy, availability or completeness. Hours, prices, parking counts and amenities change constantly — call ahead when it matters.
9. No warranty
Riggo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We do not warrant that Riggo will be error-free or that any estimate, listing or suggestion is correct.
10. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Riggo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost earnings, lost loads, fines, citations, out-of-service orders, missed appointments, towing or repair costs, or property damage arising from your use of Riggo. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100), since the driver experience is free.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover Riggo for claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that come from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
12. Ending your account
You may stop using Riggo and delete your account at any time — ask us at riggo@rig-go.com and we will delete your account and personal data, except what we must keep by law. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm drivers.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Riggo grows. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email and, where it is significant, ask you to accept the new version. Continuing to use Riggo after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you and Riggo consent to that jurisdiction.
